Shipping Policies
Damaged Orders: If your order is damaged, please take photos of the items, box, and labels and email it to us. If you choose a replacement, we’ll ship it to the original shipping address. If a package is sent to an incorrect address and returned to us, you are responsible for the cost to ship it again.
International Shipping Policies
Brown Butter Beauty can ship internationally. You can place your order on the website Email info@brownbutterbeauty.com with any questions.
Shipping costs are based on distance and the weight and size of your package. You are responsible for additional fees like taxes or customs, which vary based on where you live. If you don’t pick up your package and it’s returned to Brown Butter Beauty, we will refund you after deducting the shipping charges.
We ship international orders using USPS (United States Postal Service)
USPS International takes 1-3 weeks, although the post office has 90 days to deliver the order before it’s considered lost. In most cases, this service is insured. Any duty, tax, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient. You’ll need to contact your local government to learn what those fees are.
Shipping Restrictions
It’s your responsibility to know the specific import restrictions for your country. If your package is refused or destroyed, Brown Butter Beauty won’t be able to refund your order or offer a replacement at no charge.
